Why Killing Cain?
Empirical: Relying on or derived from observation or experiment.
In the same way that Jiu Jitsu differs from Karate, nothing in the approach is scripted. There is no “break the wrist and walk away.”
Each fighter reacts with natural instinct and fights to win. Testing comes before training and the level of training is tailored to meet the skill of the fighter. There is an open invitation to anyone who believes they have the skill to come and fight Cain using force on force. If you can kill Cain then the session is free.

Force On Force Fights... And Counting
How the method differs:
Depth Of Experience
This project was created by an Army Special Forces Veteran with multiple combat deployments who left the military and continued to work over seas for many years in high threat environments.
- Testing before training. Every fighter is tested first and trained at a level that fits their skill.
- Application over theory. Unsound tactics are purged through repeated fights and careful review.
- Quality over quantity. Course sizes are small to ensure each fighter progresses at a rapid pace.
- Every iteration is hands on and practical. Learning is accelerated.
